This is an idea that's meant to save some of the working System 1 MPU boards with corroded edge connectors. If you have a lot of corrosion on the MPU, this won't help much, but if it's minimal, this is a better solution than sanding or soldering direct as you can still retain all the original connectors and remove the board for service if needed. One common sign is if the game comes up with all zeros. Wire not included, takes even the novice about an hour to solder. Works best with solid core wires and once all were installed, it was pretty stiff and stable. Advice: Use a screwdriver to hold down the wire until the solder hardens up.
